三位美國農經學會院士受邀擔任農經系國際學術顧問
本院農業經濟系成功邀請三位美國農經學會院士擔任國際學術顧問，分別為David Zilberman教授、David Just教授及Ashok Mishra教授；這三位重量級的農經院士擔任台大農經系國際學術顧問，將可深化國際學術交流與提升農經系教學與研究，
David Zilberman教授任教於加州柏克萊分校農業資源經濟學系，為世界銀行、糧農組織USDA、EPA和CDFA資深顧問。專業領域涵蓋農業與環境政策、環境資源經濟學與產業分析。Zilberman教授獲獎無數，編輯21本專書並在國際學術期刊發表超過400篇期刊論文。
David Just教授為美國康乃爾大學農業經濟系教授兼商學院學門領導人。研究領域以經濟學工具來研究經濟決策，應用在食品消費、生產風險以及產業分析。於2020年獲選為史上最年輕美國農經學會院士。
Mishra教授為美國亞利桑那州立大學商學院農企系教授。研究興趣在於食品政策與食品產業。曾擔任路易斯安那州立大學特聘教授和美國農業部資深經濟學家；其亦獲選為東北農業資源經濟學會院士、美西農經學會院士、美國農經學會院士。
Three AAEA Fellows Invited as International Academic Advisors by Department of Agricultural Economics
The Department of Agricultural Economics has invited three AAEA fellows, Prof. David Zilberman, Prof. David Just and Prof. Ashok Mishra, as international academic advisors. This invitation can enhance international reputation, teaching and research capacity of the department.
Prof. David Zilberman is a senior professor in the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics at UC Berkeley. He has served as a senior consultant for World Bank, USDA, EPA and CDFA. His research area includes agricultural and environmental policy, environmental economics and industrial policy. Prof. Zilberman has received many awards, edited 21 books and published more than 400 journal articles.
Prof. David Just is a professor in the Department of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, as well as the leader of the business program. His research applied behavioral economics models on food consumption, production risk and industrial analysis. He was been recognized as an AAEA fellow in 2020, the youngest one ever.
Prof. Ashok Mishra is a distinguished professor in business school of Arizona State University. His research interests focus on food policy and food industry. He has been a senior professor of Louisiana State University and senior economist of ERS, USDA. He was awarded the fellow of NAREA, AWEA and AAEA.
